Return Process: - To initiate a return, please visit your My Orders page on Gruhaseva.com and click on the "Return" button for the item you wish to return.
- Select the reason for your return and choose whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- Print the RMA label and securely attach it to your return package.
- Drop off the package at any authorized courier partner location.
Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
